Return and Shipping

You may replace defected items within 7 days of delivery. We’ll also provide store credit for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.) The return will not cover shipping damage caused by the courier company

THE REPLACEMENT POLICY DOES NOT COVER:

  1. Artificial damage for example charging using harmful power levels or using unapproved accessories.
  2. Any defects or damages caused by improper use include but are not limited to the operation which doesn’t comply with the instructional manual or notes shown in the product specifications. For example, disassembling the sealed product shell will void the warranty.
  3. Any defects or damage caused by other behaviours which cannot be controlled by OGTech.
  4. Ordinary wear and tear.
  5. Products not purchased from OGTech.pk.
  6. Any damage caused during shipping.
RETURN POLICY

We can ship to virtually any address in Pakistan. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Also note, the time of shipping may vary from package to package, OGtech has the right to change the payment method or split an order into two shipments in accordance to the size, payment, credibility and ease of shipment
